What's a Purchase Order?

A purchase order, also known as a PO or an invoice, is a document issued by a school or district authorizing the purchase of resources, such as a curriculum bundle, from a vendor, like The Rittmann Group, LLC (aka "Lesson Plan Guru"). It allows schools to allocate budgeted funds to pay for the educational materials teachers want without them having to use their own money.

How Does it Work?

Simply choose the curriculum you wish to purchase from our website and go to the Purchase Order Form page, here's a link to it: Purchase Order Form

Just fill out the brief form and click "Submit"!

Once we receive the filled out form you, we'll send a customized invoice over to the proper individual for approval (more on this below!) 

Once it's approved and payment is received, you'll receive access to your new, amazing resources!

Who Should I Contact at My School About Getting a Purchase Order Approved?

Typically, this will be someone in your school's purchasing department, finance office, or the administrator responsible for managing budgets and expenses. Your principal and/or assistant principal should be able to point you in the right direction, in some cases, it may be them! What Information do I Need to Provide On the Purchase Order Form?

We only ask for the information we absolutely need! This includes your name and email, your school and the district you're in, the contact at your school or district for billing, and which resource(s) you wish to purchase. That's it!

What Should I Do If My School Needs Additional Information or Documentation? 

If your school requires additional documentation, such as vendor setup information, a more detailed quote/invoice, or a W-9 form, we'll promptly provide the necessary information and documentation.

Are There Any Discounts or Special Offers For Bulk Purchases? 

YES! We proudly offer discounts to teachers, schools, or districts who wish to purchase more than one license for a particular curriculum bundle or wish to purchase two or more different curriculum bundles. Just email me at [email protected] to discuss your needs and to receive a customized quote.
